Can I request a custom order?

• Absolutely! We would love to make something custom for you and your home! Just send us an email - support@cascadewoods.shop - and we can chat about what you'd like.

 

How do I wash my cutting board/charcuterie board?

• Hand wash only with warm water and a small amount of dish soap.

How do I wash my stove top cover?

• Get a small cloth wet with warm water to wipe down your stove top cover. A small amount of dish soap can be added if needed.

When will I receive my order in the mail?

• All cutting boards, charcuterie boards & coaster are made and ready to be shipped. They will get shipped out the next business day and arrive at your house within 3-5 business days.

• All stove top covers & dog bowl feeders are custom made and will take around 7 business days before getting shipped out to you.
